Because when I sent my handsome hubby to Florida to find a house, this is the one he picked out for me. 
Hopefully a month from now I’ll be unpacking the boxes that are starting to surround me and setting up housekeeping in this pretty place.
Oh, and just wait ’til you see what’s in the backyard! You’re just going to have to wait. No hints–I’m a meanie. 🙂
