The 2009 Scripps National Spelling Bee finals will be broadcast live tonight at 8:00 EST on ABC. We have so much fun watching this together as a family. Kennyi Kwaku Aouad is my favorite this year. He’s got a lot of personality. 🙂

If you all like watching the Spelling Bee I recommend that movie Akeela and the Bee….I think I have that correct…spelling of her name might be wrong. It was a wonderful movie to rent…even my 10 year old enjoyed it.
I watched this too. I was rooting for the homeschool boy! I was happy to know that at least the very last word could have been spelled correctly by me! LOL
