Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! ๐
I planned this week’s menus with very simple meals that my nine year old can prepare because I’m still having a lot of rib pain. ๐ I’m going to the doctor tomorrow for some heavy-duty pain meds and (hopefully) some relief!
Sunday~ roast sirloin; fried okra; squash casserole; rice; cake brownies
Monday~ leftovers
Tuesday~ hot dogs; fries; fruit salad
Wednesday~ tacos
Thursday~ meat loaf; mashed potatoes; sauted squash & onions; black-eyed peas; salad
Friday~ pizza; salad
Thanks to Laura for hosting Menu Plan Monday.
Happy Menu Monday.
We love fried okra–I need to get me some and put it on my menu. I hope your pain gets better–so sorry1 I’m glad you have a 9 year old to help though!
ur desserts are yummy! i didn’t include any dessert on mine since I snack along sweet stuff all day! lol!
Oh, I love fried okra. I grew up with my gramma making it all the time. Mmmm!
I’d love to know how you make your squash casserole.

Fried okra is one of our favorites around here, too.

Mrs. C, I hope your doctors appointment went well today and you got some good medicine. How wonderful that your 9 year old is a big help in the kitchen! Your menu looks yummy!
Also, thank you for the help with the laundry lessons. I’m off to look for your chart!
