I planned this week’s menus with very simple meals that my nine year old can prepare because I’m still having a lot of rib pain. 🙁 I’m going to the doctor tomorrow for some heavy-duty pain meds and (hopefully) some relief!
Sunday~ roast sirloin; fried okra; squash casserole; rice; cake brownies
Tuesday~ hot dogs; fries; fruit salad
Thursday~ meat loaf; mashed potatoes; sauted squash & onions; black-eyed peas; salad
Friday~ pizza; salad
