Meal preparation is soooo much more fun when you have a plan! I haven’t made out a weekly menu for the past couple of weeks due traveling and a busy holiday schedule, so I’m looking forward to getting back into my “normal” routine. Here’s my supper menu for this week.
Sunday: roast beef; scalloped potatoes; squash w/onions; fried okra; cornbread
Monday: crockpot chicken breasts; rice; broccoli w/cheese sauce
Tuesday: tacos
Wednesday: scrambled eggs; pancakes; turkey bacon
Thursday: meatloaf; mashed potatoes; stirfry veggies
Friday: pizza; fruit cocktail

I posted mine mid last week so I have almost 2 weeks of dinners ready. We are having tacos and pizza this week too! They are such an easy meal.
